He made today in a special way, so let’s all sing and be glad.” I think it’s really affected my outlook on life. Hope it brightens your day today and the many days to come!
Happy Easter, Happy Passover, and Happy Healing!
i soooo look forward to reading all about you adventures in healing and can’t wait to learn about all you have on you list.

Just a note to let you know that I have read through your April 2010 The Whole Ruth page for several months. It has helped me stay focused on eating healthy and exercising regularly – even if for only 10 minutes.
I am going to talk to Ruby and Lauren about how you helped me lose 27 pounds in 6 months last year. They want to know how I eat because I went from a size 12 to a size 6 and have been able to keep that weight off for 8 months. I love what I eat and it loves me right back!
